Shipping Costs
FREE DELIVERY
This applies to orders over $300, with an exclusion for heavy and large items; due to the nature of these items, it is best that we quote for shipping costs. You will see at check-out that Free Shipping will have Exclusions* these include Heavy & Large items, you will need to contact us to receive a quote for shipping.
Shipping costs apply for all items under $300.
Small item’s flat rate is $9 North & South Island.
The flat rate for a medium-sized item is $15 North & South Island for a single item. Additional shipping costs may apply for multiple items. For example, an additional fee of up to $2.50 per item may apply.
It is important to note that if multiple items are purchased, the default shipping rate will be charged at the higher shipping class based on a large-sized product.
OVERSIZED ITEMS
For heavy/large items, please contact us after or before purchase.
*All goods remain active in our store until confirmed.
If there are any anomalies with the freight option selected due to oversize or weight or any issues with the delivery address we will contact you prior to dispatch of your order to discuss any extra costs. You will be given the option to cancel the order should any extra costs be deemed unacceptable.
RECEIVING DELIVERIES
We package all our deliveries carefully to minimise the possibility of any damage in transit occurring, but should this occur, we apologise for any inconvenience. When receiving delivery of goods, please carefully check your delivery for any signs of external or internal damage, and if you are unsure, please DO NOT SIGN or accept delivery. It is then the courier’s responsibility to return the goods to us. You need to notify us at Heritage Trading Company 07 827 4211 or email shop@heritagetrading.co.nz within 48 hours of receiving the delivery if there has been any damage in transit that was not evident when the delivery was received.
Please repack any goods to be returned carefully to avoid any damage in transit.
